Recently Axalta Coating Systems purchased Ellis Paint Company the manufacturer of the Pacific Coast Lacquer PolyPrimer that we have been selling for some time. We are excited to see what the future brings and how the Ellis portfolio will fit with the Axalta brands. We were given information on the Pacific Coast Lacquer brand through customers who found an interest and brought it up with us. We know that their PolyPrimer is an excellent product and we hope to find out how the rest of their line works into our current portfolio.
